It&#8217;s a mix of a little bit of everything including boxing. I know you&#8217;re probably getting a little scared at the thought of me boxing&#8230;I am pretty powerful! Lol But truth is&#8230;the first time I tried it was very awkward &#8211; so foreign and it almost felt wrong!! It opened my eyes to some things about myself! By nature I am very quiet and laid back but in a boxing match there is no place for reservation and timidity! Guess I&#8217;m realizing what little fight I have in me! I preached a message a few weeks ago called &#8220;get your fight back&#8221;&#8230;.should have preached it to myself!!!!! NO BATTLE IS EVER WON WITHOUT A FIGHT!!!<\/p>\n<p>Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 1 Timothy 6:12<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I started a new workout and even though at present every muscle in my body is killing me and I can barely walk, I am loving it!
